Chapito’s 5-8 (Clashing Winds)
LOCATION:
These rooms are located a minute walk from the Split, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the view of the sea on both sides. Restaurants/bars, dive and snorkel shops and supermarkets are just minutes away. There is a Bay Beach just across from the property and hammock and picnic tables available for your use. These rooms have access to an outside wash area for your clothes, and bikes for each guest. Each room has their private verandah, hammock and clam chairs, so you can kick back and relax.
*Each guest is accomodated with a bicycle. The guest are expected to return bikes in the same condition they were received. If the bikes are lost or damaged, a fee will be charged.
**Each guest will be responsible for room keys. If the keys are lost or misplaced, a fee will be charged to replace the key and door lock.
***Note: 9% Accomodation Tax is due in cash upon check-in. It is expected that guest will be considerate of neighbours and property.
CHAPITO’S 5
This stand alone, upstairs house has all you need with a Bay Beach area just across from the property. This house is equipped with:
*A full kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove-top, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils,
*A Queen-sized bed and a Sofa-bed to comfortably sleep three (3) if necessary,
*A bathroom with hot and cold shower
*A cozy verandah is a great vantage point to see the island ‘Go Slow.’ It is a quiet spot to spend your hassle-free vacation.
The yard is fenced off for your use. Each guest has access to the yard, picnic tables, the BBQ Pit, and Clothes-Washing sink.
CHAPITO’S 6 & 7
These rooms are clean and comfortably equipped to sleep two (2) people. Chapito’s 6 & 7 are identical, but separate apartments that are right next to each other on the lower flat of the building. These rooms include:
*A Queen sized bed
*Air Conditioner and a Ceiling Fan
*A private bath with hot and cold water
*A small refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker to make your stay more comfortable.
The yard is fenced off for your use. Each Guest has access to the yard, picnic table, the BBQ pit and Clothes-Washing sink.
CHAPITO’S 8
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water
*A small kitchenette that has a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and a sink
*The private verandah gives you a direct view of the Bay Beach and is the most relaxing sight from your rental.
