Chapito’s 1-4 (Central Location)
LOCATION:
These apartments are located in the most convenient part of the island, just a stone-throw away from everything. The public beach and the Caribbean waters is just up the street. Supermarkets, restaurants, gift shops and tour shops are just around the corner. Chapito’s is clean and the yard is enclosed to allow privacy, security and allows for parking of Golf cart rentals.
The furthest point, The Split, is only 10 minutes away by bicycle. Everything is in walking distance. The yard has a beautiful garden, that you have access to and a clothes-washing basin. The host and family live on the compound and are one of the first families to settle on Caye Caulker. The host is always willing to share some of the history of the island.
*Each guest is accomodated with a bicycle. The guest are expected to return bikes in the same condition they were received. If the bikes are lost or damaged, a fee will be charged.
**Each guest will be responsible for room keys. If the keys are lost or misplaced, a fee will be charged to replace the key and door lock.
***Note: 9% Accomodation Tax is due in cash upon check-in. It is expected that guest will be considerate of neighbors and property.
CHAPITO’S 1
This apartment is fitted to accomodate two (2) people. It is on the second floor, just up a short flight of steps. You will have this apartment for yourself with a private verandah. It also has the following:
*Air Condition & Ceiling Fans
*A full kitchen with: a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking utensils for your use
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water
*A private verandah with hammocks
*A Queen-sized bed with a wardrobe for clothes and luggage
Each guest will have access to the yard, the garden, and clothes-washing basin.
CHAPITO’S 2 (2 Bedroom Unit)
This beautiful two (2) Bedroom apartment can sleep up to four (4) people. This apartment includes the following:
*Air Conditioner in both bedrooms, plus ceiling fans
*Each bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with a wardrobe and Television
*A kitchen that has: a refrigerator, a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, and kitchen utensils for your use
*One (1) private bathroom that has hot and cold water
*One (1) private verandah that has hammocks and chairs for relaxing
*One (1) clothes-washing basin
Each guest will have access to the yard, the garden and the clothes-washing basin.
CHAPITO’S 3
This room can comfortably fit two (2) people at most. It has a comfortable outdoor area that is shared with one other apartment, but very spacious. This apartment DOES NOT include Air Conditioner, but it has the following:
*Ceiling and Standing Fans,
*A private kitchen with: a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils for your use,
*A Queen-sized bed
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water
*A clothes-washing basin
Each guest will have access to the yard, the garden and the clothes-washing basin.
CHAPITO’S 4
This quaint apartment has all the basic necessities similar to apartment three (3). The outdoor patio is the only shared ammenity between the two (2) apartments. This apartment was recently renovated and remodeled for more comfort, but DOES NOT include Air Conditioner. However it does have:
*Standing Fans,
*A kitchen that is equipped with: a gas stove, a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils for your use,
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water,
*A Queen-sized bed
*A clothes-washing basin
Each guest will have access to the yard, the garden and clothes-washing basin.
