Bay Breeze Apartments
LOCATION:
Bay Breezes Apartment is located in a residential area, just 7-10 minutes bike ride from the main docks. It is a comfortable apartment with nice outdoor spaces to encourage you to wind down and GO SLOW! It’s swings and an outdoor BBQ is ideal for cooking island style, and the rooftop with hammocks and chairs to relax and enjoy the view. These apartments are also equipped with a small outdoor sink for clothes washing for more convenience. This location sits just two (2) properties away from the Bay of Caulker, an ideal spot to catch all the clean bay breezes, and to see the sea and boats in the bay.
The yard is enclosed for privacy, security and has yard space for golf cart parking. It has a shed with swings, a barbeque pit, open areas for lounging, and trees for shade. This location has four apartments, each have their own balconies and come with bikes for easy transportation to and from the main village. There is a grocery store across the street, and a supermarket just two minutes away by bike. There is a common upper deck with chairs, tables and hammocks. It is an ideal spot to see the sunset, stars at night or enjoy a quiet coffee in the morning.
* Each guest is accomodated with a bicycle. The guest are expected to return bikes in the same condition they were received. If the bikes are lost or damaged, a fee will be charged.
**Each guest will be responsible for room keys. If the keys are lost or misplaced, a fee will be charged to replace the key and the door lock.
***Note: 9% Accomodation Tax is due in cash upon check-in. It is expected that guest will be considerate of neighbours and property.
BAY BREEZE APARTMENT 1
This apartment is fitted to accomodate two (2) people. It is located in a residential area in Caye Caulker that is about ten (10) minutes from the center of the village. This apartment includes:
*Air Conditioner, and ceiling fans
*A kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils for your use.
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water
*A bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a wardrobe for luggage and clothes.
*A private verandah with chairs to accomodate the guests.
Each guest has access to the yard, the upper deck and the Hand-Washing Clothes station.
BAY BREEZE APARTMENT 2
This second unit is just as comfortable for two (2) people. Located in the same yard, but with it’s own private verandah for more relaxation. This apartment includes DOES NOT include Air Conditioner, but includes:
*Ceiling Fans and Standing Fans
*A kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils for your use.
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water
*A bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a wardrobe for clothes and luggage
*A private verandah with chairs.
Each guest has access to the yard, the upper deck and the Hand-Washing Clothes station.
BAY BREEZE APARTMENT 3
This third apartment consist of all basic essentials that you need for a comfortable stay in Caye Caulker. Similar to apartment 1, it sleeps two (2) and this room consist of the following:
*Air Conditioner and a Ceiling Fan
*A kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils
*A private bathroom with hot and cold water
Each guest has access to the yard, the upper deck and the Hand-Washing clothes station.
BAY BREEZE APARTMENT 4
This apartment is similar to apartment two. Comfortably sleep two (2) guest and has all the basic needs you require EXCEPT Air conditioner, but it has:
*Ceiling Fans and Standing Fans,
*A kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils for your use,
*A private bathroom with hot and cold shower
*A bedroom with a Queen-sized bed
*A private verandah with a table and chairs for your use.
Each guest has access to the yard, the upper deck and the Hand-Washing Clothes station.
